What our elopement planning actually covers

When we say full service, this is the checklist we take off your plate:

• Location scouting and permission. We match you to the right setting for your season and your people, from granite overlooks to waterfalls, lakes, gardens, and the seacoast, and we handle the arrangements and permits that public and private spots require.
• A rain plan for every location. Mountain weather has opinions. Every site we book comes with a sheltered or alternate option, decided before you ever need it.
• Timeline and ceremony plan. Light, drive times, quiet hours at busy spots, and the moments you want, a first look, readings, dad walking you down the aisle, all sequenced so the day flows.
• Officiant. Recommendations on The Sunrise; booked, coordinated, and paid for on The Summit and The Signature. If a friend will marry you, we walk them through New Hampshire's special officiant license so it is legal beyond question.
• Marriage license guidance and clerk coordination. The $50 license, the right town clerk for your route, the documents to bring, and the 90 day window, mapped out in plain language and coordinated for your dates.
• Florals, hair, and makeup. Arranged with local artists and included at the Summit tier and above.
• Guests, seating, and celebration. Up to 10 guests on The Summit and 20 on The Signature, with ceremony seating arranged where your location allows, plus after party coordination when you want dinner, a toast, or a bonfire waiting.
• The photography and film. The reason couples find us first. Editorial photography at every tier, and from The Summit up, a 90 second film of your ceremony with your vows recorded.

How it works

Three steps, start to married. First, tell us your season, your vibe, and who is coming, and we help you land on the right package and date. Second, we build the day: location secured, vendors booked, timeline drafted, license mapped, every detail confirmed with you before you travel. Third, you pick your outfits and show up. We handle everything else and your sneak peeks arrive within 72 hours.
